Terms of Service

Your account

A parent or legal guardian must create and control each family account. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and activity performed through your family and child logins.

Free trial and subscription

New standard accounts begin with a 30-day trial and no card is required at signup. The trial includes every feature, High School Planner and Transcript editing included. The standard subscription is $79 per year unless your account shows a different rate that was promised directly to you.

If payment is set up early enough during the trial, Stripe schedules the first annual charge for the end of the trial. The paid year begins with that first charge. If the remaining trial is inside Stripe's minimum scheduling window, Checkout clearly states that the charge and paid year begin immediately before you confirm payment.

Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

The subscription renews automatically each year after the first successful charge until you cancel. Stripe processes card details, charges, receipts, and billing changes; Homeschool Trellis does not store card details. You may cancel through the Billing page at any time. Stripe applies cancellation at the end of the current trial or paid period, so no later first charge or renewal occurs. Your records remain readable and exportable afterward.

Cancellation does not automatically refund a charge already made. Contact support@homeschooltrellis.com about an incorrect charge or refund request. Any refund that is approved is returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

Educational responsibility

The service helps organize records but does not provide legal, educational, accreditation, tax, or compliance advice. Families remain responsible for meeting applicable homeschool requirements and keeping any required official records.

Your content

You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant Isanti Analytics LLC permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Service rules and termination

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict access needed to protect families or the service. You may export your data and request deletion.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. Features and availability may change. Isanti Analytics LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
